"Terrible insurance company. Refuses to write a policy for me even though I have all my insurance through State Farm. Don’t waste your time, find an independent broker. Probably wouldn’t write a bad review if they would have even taken the time to help me find an insurer who would. Will probably cancel all my other policies with State Farm now. UPDATE: they called me and threatened to report me for this google review. Auguste even argued with me on the phone and told me I was lying. I have not lied about anything. State Farm refused to write the policy and their company was rude to me on the phone when I tried to get an explanation. She even repeated my address back to me as a threat. Just kept repeating my address. I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life. There was no apology on the phone or interest in finding out what happened. Just blamed everything on me, if they continue to escalate further I will be posting the emails they sent me and the quotes that show that they could write the policy and then they backed out last minute before I close, putting me in a bind with my home purchase. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY, literally any other State Farm agency would be better. RESPONSE: I have no issues that this is State Farm policy, if anyone would have taken the time to give an explanation instead of just brushing me off, this google review never would have happened. I understand company policies but being rude to a customer who just wants his questions answered would have made this entire experience different. This review had nothing to do with inability and everything to do with service. I think people should know about the terrible treatment they will get with the Zack Jordan agency. THEN, you decided to call and accost me on the phone and even threaten. This type of treatment is unacceptable."

"Just got off the phone with them. They called me three times in the early hours of the morning to chastise me for writing a google review. Then she argued over the phone and threatened me to take down the google review that I wrote. I have NEVER in my life had a company threaten a customer. And then tell me they were going to report me. I cannot say enough bad things about this agency."

"I contacted Zack Jordan's office to get a home insurance estimate. Auguste worked with me to not only provide a home insurance estimate but an auto estimate, too. Both were better than our existing insurer, and less expensive, and Auguste is great to work with. My family was with State Farm for home and auto for several years prior to hurricane Katrina, and when we relocated State Farm declined to write new policies for our new location, but we were happy with them until then. We made the decision to return to State Farm. Zack and Auguste made it easy to do so."
